Our Year 1 Classroom
As times are a bit different at the moment and parents are not getting the chance to visit our school, we thought you might like a look at our classroom and see what we have been learning about in Year 1.
Our topic for this term is 'Memory Box'. We have looked at toys from the past and explored old games. We thought about questions that we would like to ask our grown-ups about what toys were like when they were younger. We also wrote about our favourite modern day toy and our favourite game from the past. We had the chance to try out some old games like dominoes, marbles, cats cradles and pick up sticks, we had lots of fun!
